Addressing the opening ceremony of the 21st exhibition of Press and news agencies held in Iranian capital of Tehran, President Hassan Rouhani placed stress on the importance of clarity of laws governing media related activities, adding what the country needs is a well-defined system in this area, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).

“Just in the same way that we need a media institution, we need a media system as well," underlined the president adding suspending media must be the last words in media jargon.

Being held at the premise of Tehran’s Imam Khomeini Mosalla, the 21st exhibition of Press and news agencies, the annual was opened Sunday November 7.

Convening more than 600 press institutions with the themes of public and family, religions and thoughts, cultural artistic, political and economic, education, local and regional, media institutions, papers and news agencies, the press exhibition will be wrapped up on November 11.
