Crisis, extremism's souvenir for the world of Islam
Prominent Iranian cleric met with Indian and Mauritanian board of scholars warning that the ignorant behaviors of the extremist groups in the world of Islam have taken a constant accumulated and solid form.

Hujjat-ul-Islam Ahmad Moballeghi, director of the University of Islamic Denominations, met with a board of clerics from India and Mauritania, noting that extremism has left the world of Islam in a critical situation demanding for contention of the threatening situation or a modern version of ignorance will plague the world of Islam, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).
He said," Although Muslims world is in one of the most moderate and transcended situations described by holy Qur'an; it is also in one of the most critical statuesque due to the extremist behaviors by a group of ignorant people." warning that the extremism has led to formation of some new behaviors which will end in dispersion of the Muslims.
The cleric counted extremism and anxiousness as two known features of ignorance.
He noted that once ignorant and demoralized relations dominate humane ties in a community, then a social ignorance will spread on all saying," Turning extremism to a social phenomenon in the world of Islam has set the whole nation on the verge of entrance into a version of ignorance."
Seminary professor referred to Takfir (excommunication), corruption, misjudgment, massacre and war as the manifests of extremism warning," If we do not pursue solutions for present critical situation, then the social ignorance will prevail the whole world of Islam, a situation which will eventually lead to collapse of the Muslim nation."
Hujjat-ul-Islam Moballeghi related on prejudice as the second feature of ignorance and said," This characteristic has manifested itself under the title of religion turning into the first and most remarkable feature of religions when Islam does not approve prejudice unless in expansion of moral principles."
Iranian proximity figure warned against gradual penetration of prejudice and anxiousness into the world of Islam saying," If we take no measure against them, then ignorance will prevail Muslim communities eventually leading to weakening and collapse of the Islamic Ummah (nation)."
