Under the banner of “All together toward Al-Qods”, the meeting of Intl. Union of Resistance Ulimah was kicked off with Secretary General of the World Forum for Proximity of the Islamic Schools of thought Ayatollah Mohsen Araki and some other featured clerics in attendance, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).
Sunni Imam of Al-Quds Mosque in Sidon (Lebanon), Sheikh Maher Hammoud; Palestine envoy to Lebanon, Ashraf Dabour; Lebanon's Hezbollah leader Seyyed Hassan Nasrallah; and President of the Supreme Council of the World Forum for Proximity of the Islamic Schools of thought, Ayatollah Mohammad Ali Taskhiri took part in the religious event, giving their speech over the critical situation of Palestine and its leading role in boosting unity and solidarity among Muslims.
Gathered together in the meeting of Intel. Union of Resistance Ulimah, religious clerics highlighted the elevated role of Palestine in the World of Islam and voiced their readiness to side with the Palestinian downtrodden nation against the regime of Zionism and its allied in and out of the region.
The event was mounted in Lebanon Capital of Beirut, November 6 with its participant announcing their support from the holy Mosque of Al-Aqsa.
