Cleric warns against plots to defame Islam

An Iranian seminary professor warns against concerns of the enemies over expansion of Islam in the world counting that as the reason for enemies to hatch plots to defame Islam.

Aytaollah Rouhollah Gharahi, senior Shia cleric, warned that the penetration of the Zionist regime among the followers of different religions is in line with collapse of Islam and reason for misrepresenting Islam, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).
 
He referred to some non-Muslims being concerned over spread of Islam during the eight years of Iran-Iraq war quoting a Jewish Rabbi serious concern over worldwide dominance of Islam in near future.
 
"This is the reason why enemies have set defaming Islam on top of their agenda." said the scholar warning the hostile moves to penetrate into Shia, movements which have been foiled by clerics.
 
Seminary professor said," Late Imam Khomeini (RA), by calling the US as the Great Satan, did not mean to belittle America rather he meant to reveal the true nature of the American government.
 
He stressed necessity of vigilance against the Great Satan since it is in pursuit of penetrating into Islam through its corps, terrorist Takfiris and Zionists.
