Speaking in the commemorating ceremony held for Brigadier General Hossein Hamedani, Secretary General of the World Forum for Proximity of the Islamic Schools of Thought Ayatollah Mohsen Araki stressed God Almighty would elevate the pious and religious societies guiding them to the favorable path via his blessings, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).
“Holy book of Quran highlighted two vital customs in human kind societies and stressed abiding by these two ordinances would guarantees the survival of that community,” said President of Iran Top unity center.
Secretary General of the World Forum for Proximity of the Islamic Schools of Thought counted piety and following the religious standpoints as two main avenues leading to salvation and survival of Muslim nations.
“Following religious and moral codes along with placing an attempt for revival of divine Islam’s traditions of are ways guarantee the permanence of societies,” pointed out the grand Ayatollah urging Muslims from different denominations and sects to profoundly hold their spiritual beliefs.
Elsewhere in his remarks, the senior cleric sternly warned Muslims of machinations and schemes hatched by enemies, hailing revolutionary youths with this connection and underlined, “The new generation of Islamic revolution proved their loyalty to the system’s ideals and this is a valuable asset.”
Secretary General of the World Forum for Proximity of the Islamic Schools of Thought praised the late Brigadier General Hossein Hamedani who was a senior commander of the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) and killed by terrorist groups in Syria for his role in the resistance against the US and the Israeli regime.
Ayatollah Araki appreciated efforts made by Brigadier General Hamedani in improving regional and international security and fighting terrorism, calling on Islamic Ummah to follow his path uniting against the foes’ willful moves and unmasking their malignant intentions.
Hamedani was killed by the Takfiri Daesh terrorists during an advisory mission on the outskirts of the Syrian city of Aleppo. The IRGC commander had been sent to Syria as a military adviser for the Syrian army in its fight against terrorist groups. Hamedani had also played a leading role in establishing the IRGC.
