'Issue of Palestine, Main Priority of Muslim World'

A senior Iraqi cleric underlined that the issue of Palestine has been and will remain the top priority for Muslims.

 Addressing the 6th General Assembly of the World Assembly of Ahl-ul-Bayt (AS), head of the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq, Sayyed Ammar al-Hakim also said that the Islamic Revolution of Iran will pave the ground for the reappearance of the Savior, Hazrat Mahdi (may God hasten his glad advent).
 
The 6th General Assembly of the World Assembly of Ahl-ul-Bayt (AS) kicked off in Tehran on Saturday morning.

Some 700 foreign guests from 130 countries as well as Iranian cultural and political figures are present at the event, which will run for four days.

A number of senior political, religious and cultural figures, including Iranian president Hassan Rouhani and Hezbollah Deputy Secretary Sheikh Naim Qassem addressed the opening ceremony.
