‘Iran is a great power at Intl. level’

Lebanese prominent cleric Sheikh Afif Nablesi received General Secretary of the World Forum for Proximity of the Islamic Schools of Thought, Ayatollah Mohsen Araki and appreciated his effort in the area of promoting unity and rapprochement, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).

Lebanese religious scholar beckoned to the problems and setbacks Muslims are mired in and wrestling with, stressing, “what we are after is spiritual and cultural benefits."

“We are in a very difficult situation,” added the senior cleric underscoring Lebanese readiness to gain momentum and make inroad in advancing their objectives.

Sheikh Afif Nablesi spotlighted Islamic Republic of Iran is a power in the world, adding Lebanese nation take the country as a model to counter their enemies and fulfill their set aims.

In another line of his speech, religious cleric placed accentuation on the telling role of religious clerics. Along with Sheikh Afif Nablesi, many religious leaders believed clerics’ role is pivotal in guiding people and they cannot bow out of their missions.
In their lines, they should continue shouldering the responsibility, and Muslims should not have dismissive attitude toward their guidance and advices.
