Prominent Lebanese clerics demand for immediate stop of brutal attacks on Yemen.

Senior Lebanese clerics, in their Friday sermon, denounced the invasions against Yemen and demanded punishment of the attacks which have been supported by a coalition of some Arab countries and the US, reported Taqrib news Agency (TNA).
Sheikh Abdul Amir Qabalan, Deputy of the Supreme Islamic Parliament, in his Friday sermon, demanded immediate stop of Saudi invasion against Yemen. He noted," This attack has started when Yemeni nation can be an influential force in confrontation with the Zionist regime."
He said," Arab and Islamic countries are faced with a new treachery so that Muslims and Arabs are distanced from any effort to help the Palestinian nation."
Sheikh Afif Nablosi, prayer leader of Sayyeda Zahra (AS) Mosque in Sidon, stressed importance of unveiling the true identity of the hypocrites who claim to be supporters of holy sites or serving the holy shrines in Mecca and Medina.
The cleric demanded stopping the game with the blood of the innocent nations and dirtying the reputation of Islam.
Lebanese scholar noted," Saudi Arabia tries to buy media and the papers and tempt them with bribery so that they do not unveil the crimes committed against the Yemeni nation."
He said, "Today everyone knows that Saudi Arabia has hidden behind religion and in fact it is responsible for the beheading the civilians and terror attacks in Mosques in Iraq, Syria, Yemen and Lebanon."
Sheikh Ahmad Qabalan, prominent prayer leader of Imam Hussein (AS) in Beirut, addressed some Arab countries saying," You would better cooperate with the Islamic Republic of Iran and stand beside it rather than provoking it."
He said Arab authorities, once they review the history, will know that the only way to change the present critical situation is to find peaceful solutions in Syria, Yemen, Libya and Iraq before a catastrophe breaks out.
"There is no doubt that the present critical situation is due to some shaky regimes and Arab states while enemies of Islam, especially, the Zionist regime, are making the best of this situation, killing of the nations and destroying the infrastructures in Syria, Lebanon, Iraq, Libya and now in Yemen." senior Lebanese cleric noted.
He referred to the Arab awakening and expressed wonder over the formation of an Arab army to fight against the oppressed nation of Yemen saying," Arab states, since the beginning of Palestine occupation, cannot hear the outcry to confront the Zionist regime and saving the Palestinian nation and Al Aqsa Mosque."
Seyyed Ali Fadhl Allah, prominent Lebanese cleric, in his weekly sermon onn Friday, slammed the military intervention of the foreign countries in Yemen which has led to widespread killing and escaping of the people from their homes demanding for immediate intervention of the Arab and Islamic states to stop the bloodshed in the country.
He stressed," History shows that a military strategies, killing of the civilians and destruction of the infrastructures will not work rather serious dialogue and peaceful ways have to be followed so that stability returns to the country."
He named Al Qaeda as the true winner of the war in Yemen since it has found the opportunity for boosting its presence in the country.
