According to Astan Quds Razavi news website, Hujjat al-Islam Wal-Muslimin Seyyed Jalal Husseini in the ceremony of introducing the director of non-Iranian pilgrims’ affairs of Astan Quds Razavi noted that Astan Quds Razavi, using a successful Islamic management, has been able to present to the world the efficient models in different areas and added, “Authorities of the international domain of Astan Quds Razavi are able to establish the innate values among non-Iranian pilgrims through using the peerless capacity of Astan Quds Razavi.”
Noting that rendering Razavi services should not be restricted to the holy shrine only but the Razavi culture needs to be spread across the world, he remarked, “The Islami revolution of Iran has presented the highest capacities of Islam to the world and has provided for the dynamicity of the pure Muhammady culture across the globe.”
“This holy organization has capable forces that can bring about the growth and efflorescence of this spiritual center”, Assistant of Islamic Relations and Propagation of Astan Quds Razavi pointed out.
“As a cultural-religious center, Astan Quds Razavi has an active involvement in the cultural, educational, research, and international domains”, he asserted.
Assistant of Islamic Relations and Propagation of Astan Quds Razavi continued, “Moving in line with propagating the Shi’ite goals is a great honor and the servants of the Razavi holy shrine should always observe the unique position of the holy shrine in the Islamic world as the largest and the most important center of propagation of the Islamic culture.”
Capacity of the Razavi holy shrine is unique for spreading the Shi’ite culture.
In the continuation of the ceremony, the former director of non-Iranian pilgrims’ affairs of Astan Quds Razavi said, “Management of non-Iranian pilgrims’ affairs of Astan Quds Razavi was formed with the purpose of fulfilling the orders of the Supreme Leader and the grand Custodian of Astan Quds Razavi as well as the 20-year outlook deed of Astan Quds Razavi stressing on the Islamic relations and propagation based on non-Iranian pilgrims’ requirements.”
Hujjat al-Islam Ali Baqeri added, “The international domain of Astan Quds Razavi operates with an approach to spiritual growth, enriching leisure times, guiding and answering the questions of non-Iranian pilgrims, developing the Islamic culture and instructions, and conveying the message of the Islamic revolution to Muslims and enthusiasts of the Islamic Order and continuous connection with them across the world.”
He recounted holding special cultural programs and insight circles, specialized meetings and scientific conferences, training workshops and classes, cultural contests and poem assemblies, ceremonies of conversion to Islam, publication of ‘Depth of Sunshine’ Quarterly in four languages, and preparing cultural products as performances of Management of non-Iranian pilgrims’ affairs of Astan Quds Razavi.
Noting that Management of non-Iranian pilgrims’ affairs of Astan Quds Razavi is an influential media for spreading the Islamic and Shi’ite values, Baqeri added, “Astan Quds Razavi in the international domain can pave the ground for establishing the pure Islamic culture in the world through maintaining communication in different shapes.”

Then seyed Muhammad Jawad Hasheminejad as the new director of the Management of non-Iranian pilgrims’ affairs of Astan Quds Razavi noted that today the boundaries and governments cannot act as the frame of propagation and added, “In the current situation, culture in different domains plays the essential role.”
“By observing the cultural principles precisely, we will be able to take big steps for spreading the Razavi culture”, he continued.
“By God’s grace, Astan Quds Razavi has performed extensive activities in different areas and holds a great position in the area of spreading the knowledge of the Ahl al-Bayt (A.S.)”, Hasheminejad reiterated.
“I hope, by the favor of Imam Reza (A.S.) and assistance of authorities of Astan Quds Razavi, I take efficient steps for spreading the Islamic culture”, he pointed out. /SR
