20th Intl. Press Exhibition in Iran

Iran’s 20th International Exhibition of the Press, News Agencies, and Information Websites to be inaugurated on February 17, 2014, in Iran Capital City of Tehran, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).

It is worthwhile noting that the seven-day event is to be held at the Imam Khomeini Grand Prayer Grounds.

The opening ceremony will be held with Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance, Ali Jannati in attendance.

The exhibition hosts a wide variety of printed as well as electronic press, both Iranian and international. Thus, it provides an opportunity for the visitors to get familiarized with the field. They can closely see the qualitative and quantitative growth in the industry as showcased in the exhibition.

The objectives of the exhibition are establishment of long-term relationship among Islamic media through signing bilateral agreements, providing an opportunity for Iranian and foreign media to become familiar with each otherˈs potentials and informing the Iranian people visiting the exhibition of potentials of both local and international press and printed media.
