Algerian revolutionary fighter lady Djamila Boupacha said late Imam Khomeini was a role model for all world struggling nations.

Attending the late Imam mausoleum here on Monday, she paid respect to the founder of the Islamic revolution, Reported IRNA.

She said it was her honour to have the opportunity to attend the place, because the ideas of the late Imam should not be forgotten.

Boupacha added the two revolutions of Iran and Algeria are very similar to each other.

Djamila Boupacha arrived in Tehran on Sunday October 5, 2014 at the invitation of head of Iranian television Ezzatollah Zarghami.

Djamila Boupacha, born in 1938, is one of the most prominent figures in the Algerian Independence War agiant France (1954-1962).
