Clerics are on top of all revolutions in the region

Sheikh Ali AlKhatib, the representative of President of the Higher Shia Council of Lebanon Ayatollah Sheikh Abdol Al-Amir Qablan put stress on the leading role of religious clerics in the recent revolutions and movement in the region and said, "Clerics are on top of all revolutions in the region", reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).

Giving speech in the second day the first international Conference of Islamic World Scholars in Defense of Palestine Resistance, the cleric underline," the regime of Zionism is a cancerous tumor and should be purged."

In his line, the confab of clerics in defence of resistance directs attentions of religious clerics to the main problem Muslims face with, for want of a better phrase, "the cancerous tumor of Israel".

"All the revolutions in the region are against the arrogant world and on top of each, religious clerics and scholars stand," said the representative of President of the Higher Shia Council of Lebanon.

"Lebanon could defeat Israel in 2000 and for the first time made the regime to withdraw Lebanon," said the cleric, stating that thereafter this event more plots and machinations were hatched by the regime against resistance.

"Thanks to Gad that resistance could face with these schemes and overcame them," said Sheikh Al-Khatib stating thereupon such fiasco, the enemies got despondent over Lebanon and turned its attention to Syria.

"The regime concocted different machinations in Syria," added the cleric, stating that these plots will be foiled in the near future.

The enemies are after egging on different groups and extending sedition in the world, but in his line, they are doomed to failure.
