Top Mufti of Tunisia, highlighted the conference of Islamic scholars to support Palestinian resistance as a way for boosting convergence to solve the issue of Palestine.

Sheikh Hamda Saeed, senior Muslim figure from Tunisia, attended the international conference of Islamic figures to discuss the issue of Palestine calling all Muslims to voice their support for Gaza and Al Quds saying," The holy Al Quds Mosque is not merely for the Palestinians rather it belongs to all members of the Islamic nation and we have to take it back from the Zionists, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).
He referred to a quote by Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) on importance of protecting the borders of the countries and stressed," If the issue of Palestine is ignored then there will be a catastrophe which leads to disintegration of all Islamic lands. This is the threat by the Zionists beside their threat for more killings among Muslims."
Hamda Saeed also slammed the crimes by terrorist groups under the title of Islam and said," What kind of Muslims are they who kill the civilians." And added," We support true Islam and persevering nations. We have to stand against the crimes of terrorist groups because if we are ignorant then we will all be killed."
He called the silence of some Muslim governments as the reason for weakness of Islamic states and proposed the launch of a union and a program for supporting Palestinian nation."
Tunisian Mufti hailed the resistance of Gazans for their resistance against the Zionist regime and said holding firmly to God is the reason for all victories.
Senior participant in the international conference on Gaza also hailed Islamic Republic of Iran for holding the gathering and called such events as a way for more convergence to solve the issue of Palestine.
He also proposed launching a committee to unite all Palestinian groups so that any possible disunity among these groups does not lead to failure.
Sheikh Hamda Saeed demanded the World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought not to suffice to hailing the combatants and called for a meeting to be held in Palestine attended by Palestinian groups so that it becomes a complete failure for the Zionist regime of Israel.
