Saudi Arabia, UAE desperate against Yemeni nation's resolution

Senior Lebanese cleric hailed the resistance of Yemeni nation against the Saudi-led coalition and that it is capable of turning to a threat for the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia.

The Arab League, in an extraordinary meeting held on January 23, condemned the attack by Yemen's Ansarullah movement against the United Arab Emirates calling for blacklisting of the movement as a terrorist group.
 
Sheikh Suhaib Habli, member of Lebanon's Assembly of Muslim Scholars, in an interview with Taqrib News Agency (TNA) called on the Arab League on the side which opened the attacks against women, children and the elderly.
 
He said," Here I ask the Arab League who destroyed a friendly Arab country with its brutal attacks? Now who is the terrorist: The killer or the victim?"
 
Lebanese scholar noted," We expected the Arab League to prevent the attacks by an enemy who has been targeting Yemen for years leaving thousands of people dead and injured and destroyed the infrastructures in the country."
 
Sheikh Suhaib Habli hailed the resistance of Yemeni people and said," Despite inequality of the military might, Yemeni has successfully targeted positions deep in the Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirate."
 
Lebanese scholar called Yemen as a true challenge for Saudi Arabia and UAE and noted," The two Arab countries have been desperate against the resolution and perseverance of Yemeni nation."
