Amir-Abdollahian said: "During my visit to China, consensus and agreements were reached on a range of important issues, including the implementation of the comprehensive strategic agreement between Iran and China, and in order to implement this long-term agreement, both sides need a roadmap."

He added that in a meeting with his Chinese counterpart, the two sides discussed the most important international and regional issues, including the serious crisis in Afghanistan and Yemen.

"Regarding the comprehensive strategic agreement between Iran and China, both sides will benefit from this agreement, which includes many areas, including trade, agriculture, science and technology, tourism, as well as international and regional cooperation," he said.

The top diplomat stressed: "We believe that there are no challenges in the bilateral relations between Tehran and Beijing, although the" bullying "behavior of the United States has affected some bilateral cooperation."

The Iranian Foreign Minister said: "We believe that multilateral relations are beneficial for all countries. American unilateralism and bullying is not accepted by any country, international law and cooperation provide opportunities for all countries that benefit everyone.”

Answering a question about Iran's policy on the priority of cooperation with neighboring and Asian countries, Amir-Abdollahian said: "The Iranian government has taken the approach of prioritizing relations with its neighbors and Asian countries, which we discussed with our Chinese counterpart in this regard."

"China has always played an active and logical role in the nuclear talks, especially in the ongoing talks in Vienna," he said and noted, “China has always been opposed to US sanctions against Iran during the negotiations. In a meeting with my Chinese counterparts, I appreciated and emphasized China's support in this regard. I also assured the Chinese authorities that Iran never intends to waste time or divert negotiations.”

Amir-Abdollahian said: "During the negotiations, we presented a positive, constructive and realistic proposal in Vienna." China and Russia supported the proposal, but Western countries, including the United States, did not make any positive proposals.

He added: "If the other parties return to the obligations of the nuclear agreement, Iran will also return to its obligations under this agreement."
