Women's role is more important than men's role

A member of the General Assembly of World Forum for Proximity of the Islamic Schools of Thought and one of the trustees of the Union of Islamic Ummah hailed Iran for its leading role to bring unity to world Muslim community.




Ferdos Yasin Al-Ewadi in an exclusive interview with Taqrib News Agency (TNA) highlighted the great role women can and should play in society.

"Women's role in society is somehow more important than men's role in society" pointed out the religious thinker noting, on account of her serious responsibilities, "a woman should be knowledgeable and well-educated for bringing up her child right."

She beckoned to her activities in the World Forum stressing that she and other women, thus far, have tried their utmost for preserving unity.

Ferdos Yasin Al-Ewadi was awarded for her works aimed at forming unity reconciliation among Muslims by the 31st the Islamic Unity Conference, she was honored in the event for many voluntary efforts she beenmade.

To the religious thinker, the World of Islam should stand against their common enemies, and in doing so they should get united and work in tandem in all areas.
