Manager of Mohammadiyaeh Pourjan Sunni Seminary added,” Besides attention on the high character of Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) and the style of prophet on uniting Muslims, we should know hurdles on the way of Islamic unity.”

The Sunni cleric added,” We should strengthen our commonalities and focus on values while studying challenges and struggle to overcome them.”

Akhoond Abubakr Khojmeli warned against disuniting policies of anti-Islam powers as one of the biggest issues for the world of Islam and said,” Contrary to all these commonalities, economic, social and political issues of the world has accelerated leaving wide influences on all aspects of human life.”

He added,” Maintaining Islamic unity in different arenas is counted a vital necessity in all aspects of life and while all Islamic countries are quite aware of the key issue, some leaders follow a different policy.”

According to the cleric the most threatening weapon of the world powers and Zionists, with a wider destruction power than Atomic weapons, is the policy of division among Muslims and creation of puppet rulers.

Akhoond Abubakr Khojmeli also touched upon ignoring the priorities of Muslim world as another hurdle on the way of Islamic unity saying,” Had the attention of world Muslims been focused on important issues of Islam; Palestine, Afghanistan and Lebanon and all joined to solve these issues and confront their shared enemies, then Islamic unity would have grown among them automatically.”

Akhoond Khojmeli expressed hope for Muslims to know the hurdles on the way of their unity, informing the Islamic nation in line with realization of a unified Islamic nation by setting the prophet of Islam (PBUH) as a role model.
