'Rapprochement, main principle of Islamic Republic of Iran'
“Rapprochement is one of the principles of the Islamic Republic of Iran,” said strategic deputy of the World Forum for Proximity of the Islamic Schools of Thought.

Strategic deputy of the World Forum for Proximity of the Islamic Schools of Thought, Seyyed Ahmad Zarhani in an exclusive interview with Taqrib News Agency (TNA) placed accentuation on the pivotal role of unity and rapprochement in the Islamic society.
“Rapprochement is one of the main principles of the Islamic Republic of Iran,” said the unity activist stressing this very line that the wave of promoting and upkeeping rapprochement was initiated at first by the late Imam Khomeini (RA) and Supreme Leader of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
He went on to add that the unity move thereupon pervaded the whole system. Seyyed Ahmad Zarhani named the World Forum for Proximity of the Islamic Schools of Thought as the main organization responsible in the area of upholding unity and promoting rapprochement.
The Strategic deputy of the World Forum for Proximity of the Islamic Schools of Thought beckoned to the good relation between Sunni and Shia people in and outside of the country. “We get along well with Sunni people both in and outside of the country," he underscored.
The unity activits mentioned that Sunni people trust the World Forum for Proximity of the Islamic Schools of Thought and went on to stress this fact that the top unity organization cooperates with Sunni people in various areas.
He placed accentuation on the prime importance of unity and rapprochement and stressed the set objectives in this area should be advanced in the society. He touched upon the fact that such importance should be held seriously beyond the world Forum.
Seyyed Ahmad Zarhani went on to underscor, “it is shouldered by the World Forum for Proximity of the Islamic Schools of Thought and officials in this area to provide the ground for furthering unity in the society.”
Elsewhere in his remarks, the Strategic deputy of the World Forum for Proximity of the Islamic Schools of Thought beckoned to the duty upon this sector of the organizations and underlined, “anticipating the events (in the area of unity) and laying the ground for promoting unity are of the main duties of this part”.
Seyyed Ahmad Zarhani went on to add another responsibility and underscored this sector is also responsible for keeping in touch and collaborate with parliament members.
The Strategic deputy of the World Forum wrapped up his remarks by voicing hope that the set objectives in this area to be advanced in the future. He also stressed that to forward the determined aims, careful planning would be required.
