Head of the World Forum for Proximity of the Islamic Schools of Thought, Ayatollah Mohsen Araki put stress on the prime importance of mounting conferences, seminars and different gathering in the realm of unity and rapprochement, stating that these gathering promote Muslims’ awareness and vigilance for foiling machinations hatched by the enemies, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).
Speaking in an exclusive interview with TNA reporter, the religious cleric underlined, “the aim behind organizing unity gatherings is laying the ground for closing Muslims from different denominations and sects to each other.”
The grand Ayatollah underlined that people inside Iran from different Islamic denominations get along well with each other, living amicably with no serious problems and setbacks.
“Although, Iranian people have no problem inside the country regarding the issue of Shia and Sunni proximity, but it is quite possible that the enemies concoct schemes and follow willful aim to plunge Muslims into religious showdown, causing a huge rift among them,” said Ayatollah Mohsen Araki.
“The awareness necessity for standing against the enemies can be increased through these confabs and gatherings,” said the grand Ayatollah.
Head of the World Forum for Proximity of the Islamic Schools of Thought mentioned that religious clerics and elites in these meetings sit at talks and open lines over the standing setbacks and predicaments Muslims wrestle with, coming up with various roadmaps for achieving peace and reasoning out the standing problems in the long run.
Ayatollah Araki earlier mentioned that Muslims’ previous enlightening experiences let them expiate their mistakes, revamping the standing situation.
To many a religious cleric, these problems will be unraveled if Muslims be united, inasmuch as unity, a cure-all for all Muslims' problems
It is worthwhile noting that Iranian Islamic clerics keep going with a dogged determination to succeed in the realm of unity, fulfilling their strenuous goals and objectives.
