The second minaret of the holy shrine of Imam Ali (AS), first Shia Imam and cousin of Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) was unveiled in the wake of the birth anniversary. Iraqi Prime Minister Mustafa al-Kadimi attended the ceremony to unveil the minaret.
