People across Iran welcome Taziyeh (passion play) on the life of Shia Imams (AS), particularly on the life and martyrdom of Imam Hussein (AS), third Shia Imam and grandson of Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) martyred in the battle of Karbala back in 680 AD.
