According to the Taghrib News Agency(TNA), the message from Sheikh Mohammad Yazbek, head of the Sharia Council of Hezbollah Lebanon, to the mujahideen and resistance groups is as follows:
In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
Praise be to God, Lord of the worlds, the Guardian of the believers, the Subduer of the tyrants, and blessings be upon our most noble Prophet and greatest Messenger Muhammad and his pure family, especially the remaining sign of God, the awaited Imam (may God hasten his return).
O families and our loved ones, o migrants, o steadfast ones, o allies...
Peace be upon you, O purest, most honorable, most noble, and highest. You are in the embrace of God's mercy and blessings; may He grant peace to your hearts. God Almighty says: "Then God sent down His tranquility upon His Messenger and upon the believers and imposed upon them the word of righteousness" (Quran 48:6). And God has made your hearts steadfast: "and to strengthen your hearts" (Quran 8:11).
Your patience, perseverance, and steadfastness stem from the insight and light of your hearts. This is a sincere testimony of your loyalty to your true Beloved. You have rejected falsehood, humiliation, and degradation, and you are people of dignity. "Indeed, honor belongs to God, to His Messenger, and to the believers" (Quran 63:8). We share in your pain and hardship, and together we have an opportunity for victory ahead, God willing. "...When is the help of God? Indeed, the help of God is near" (Quran 2:214).
We remain faithful to the covenant with the martyr of great faith who promised us victory. "Indeed, We will support Our messengers and those who believe during the life of this world and on the Day when the witnesses will stand" (Quran 40:51). We (the Almighty God) certainly grant victory and triumph to Our messengers and the believers in this world and on the Day of Resurrection when witnesses will testify.
Heroic resistance fighters... Peace be upon the lovers who, with lives tied to the divine glory of sacred Jerusalem, determination, and certainty, tore through the veils. God Almighty says: "If God helps you, none can overcome you" (Quran 3:160).
Only that saying which the Commander of the Faithful (Imam Ali, AS) said about the companions of the Prophet (PBUH) is worthy of you: "During the day they were disheveled and dusty, and at night they were either in prostration or standing. Sometimes they rubbed their faces on the ground, sometimes their foreheads. When they heard mention of the Hereafter, it was as if they had their feet on fire. Between their eyes, due to long prostrations, they had calluses like the knees of goats. When they remembered God, their tears wet their collars, and from fear of punishment and hope for reward, they trembled like trees on a windy day."
You are the special friends of God Almighty, as the Commander of the Faithful (AS) said: "To proceed: Indeed, jihad is one of the gates of Paradise, which God has opened for His special friends. It is the garment of piety, God's fortified shield, and His secure refuge."
O heroic mujahideen, God will punish the enemy's soldiers at your hands, and He will humiliate and disgrace their leaders—those who try to dishearten the people and those who create chaos and confusion—through your sacrifices. "Fight them; God will punish them by your hands and will disgrace them and give you victory over them and satisfy the breasts of a believing people and remove the anger of their hearts" (Quran 9:14-15).
O builders of the homeland and protectors of sovereignty and the people, the honorable and free are with you. Your pure blood is constructive, and the blood of your wounds is the blood of the homeland's wounds, which will not heal except by cleansing its soil of American-Zionist impurity.
Peace be upon those for whom God chose martyrdom: "and to make martyrs from among you" (Quran 3:140). And peace be upon the wounded, the living martyrs, and the free prisoners, and your pure families, who are the forerunners of sacrifice and the most steadfast in their position...
O dear and noble people...
We waited patiently for months after the agreement between the government and the enemy, while the government was responsible for protecting citizens and its sovereignty and pursuing the enemy to implement the terms of the agreement. We adhered to the agreement, implemented it, and paid its price with hundreds of martyrs and over a thousand wounded from the enemy's attacks, in addition to destruction, bulldozing, and attacks on areas that the enemy could not enter before the agreement. We begged the government to give us a chance, but it was in vain. After repeated statements that our patience has limits, we seized the opportunity to respond to the ravenous enemy. The officials reacted with anger and took their ominous decision, unintentionally serving the Zionist-American enemy by declaring the resistance illegitimate. Then the enemy declared: "We have no problem with Lebanon; our problem is with the terrorist Hezbollah," just as some in the cabinet tried to label the resistance as terrorism.
The government entered into direct negotiations with the enemy and the American mediator, the enemy's partner. Therefore, we, along with our patient people, announced that we are not concerned with what is happening in Washington regarding surrender.
Let everyone hear: Our demands, for which we have given blood, sacrifice, and suffering, are:
First: A comprehensive ceasefire and the cessation of all ground, sea, and air attacks.
Second: Complete withdrawal from our homeland.
Third: The return of all residents to their cities and villages, even to the suburbs.
Fourth: Reconstruction, even better than before, even in the suburbs.
Fifth: The release of all prisoners.
Sixth: We will continue on the path of the President's positions regarding national defense strategy or the dialogue on defending national security. This is our position, and we will not abandon it, even if it requires a Husseini epic and the attainment of one of the two good outcomes (victory or martyrdom)...
O our people, O heroic resistance fighters, we remain faithful to our covenant with you... We are grateful to all those who extend a helping hand to us and defend us, and we are especially grateful to the Islamic Republic and its great leader, Ayatollah Seyyed Mojtaba Khamenei (may his shadow be lengthened), and all the officials who care about us and are playing their role in negotiating a comprehensive ceasefire for Lebanon and the resistance fronts.
O our people, rejoice, for we are, by God's permission, approaching the third liberation.
