He emphasized: “Undoubtedly, from the spirit of Palestinian resistance in Gaza, a new movement with the same mindset and determination will be born.”
Mawlawi Madani: A New Movement Will Inevitably Emerge from the Spirit of Palestinian Resistance
According to Taghrib News Agency(TNA), speaking on the day of the prisoner exchange between Hamas and the Zionist regime, Madani commented on the future of Gaza and the current state of occupied Palestine: “Although the initial stages of the so-called peace plan proposed by U.S. President Donald Trump are being implemented, the absence of Gaza’s martyrs—who are no longer among their families—is irreparable. The loss of children from their mothers’ embrace and the absence of sons and daughters beside their parents in Gaza cannot be compensated.”
He added: “Nothing but the full liberation of occupied Palestine can ease the grief of Palestinian families and the people of Gaza. The public celebrations and emotional expressions are merely a surface-level attempt to alleviate the deep pain and suffering of Gaza’s residents.”
Regarding the silence of Arab rulers, Madani stated: “If Arab countries have chosen silence and lacked the will or capacity to support Gaza and Palestine through jihad, they now have the means to compensate for the damage inflicted. These nations possess vast wealth, and if they truly claim to support Gaza, they can still act.”
On Iran’s stance toward the Gaza crisis, he said: “The Islamic Republic of Iran has consistently supported the Palestinian resistance—not just through statements, but through advisory, military, and moral assistance. Iran will not stand idly by or wait for others to act; it will continue to contribute whatever it can to support Gaza.”
Addressing the ongoing debate about Hamas potentially agreeing to disarmament, Madani noted:
“So far, Hamas leaders have rejected such proposals. Even if such a plan is raised, it will never be accepted by the resistance with genuine consent.”
He reiterated: “Hamas will not be eradicated. It may operate covertly for a time, but even if one imagines its disappearance from Gaza, a new movement will undoubtedly emerge from the same spirit and ideology of resistance.”
Madani concluded: “The cause of Palestine holds immense significance for Palestinians and the broader Islamic world. It is not a matter that will be abandoned. Sooner or later, Palestine will be liberated, and the occupation will come to an end.”
