Senior Iranian Official: A Historic Victory for Islam and the Resistance Axis Is Within Reach

Speaking at the 8th International Conference on Solidarity with Palestinian Children and Youth in Tehran, he described the current moment as one of the most pivotal in modern history.
Senior Iranian Official: A Historic Victory for Islam and the Resistance Axis Is Within Reach
“The Islamic world and the resistance axis are facing an unprecedented historical juncture—one unmatched even by the world wars. The global silence in the face of continued aggression and injustice by imperial regimes, especially the illegitimate Zionist entity, is a clear manifestation of moral failure.”
Ohadi noted that the Zionist regime’s ambitions have been severely challenged over the past two years: “This confrontation has exposed the regime’s vulnerabilities. If we act wisely, this historic struggle will culminate in a major victory for Islam and the resistance.”
He emphasized the sacrifices made to preserve Islamic values: “Hundreds of thousands of martyrs have laid down their lives for this cause. Unlike the 1967 Six-Day War, when Israel occupied vast Arab territories in days, today the situation is entirely different.”
Ohadi credited the Islamic Revolution with awakening the region: “Imam Khomeini warned that Israel is the greatest calamity for the Muslim Ummah. Since the revolution, the Palestinian people have moved from isolation to resistance, and today, Israel is trapped in a 360-square-kilometer battlefield in Gaza.”
He highlighted the global shift in public opinion: “Thanks to the blood of Gaza’s martyrs, millions have taken to the streets in Europe and even the United States. In Australia, over 500,000 people rallied for Gaza—an unprecedented show of solidarity.”
Ohadi warned of the dangers of generational disconnect: “If younger generations are separated from their predecessors, core values may be lost. This gap is exploited by soft power strategies designed to erode resistance.”
He referenced Western psychological warfare: “In the 1990s, a U.S. strategist proposed targeting ideological systems like Iran through cognitive warfare rather than military force. Today, media and propaganda networks are deployed to undermine the cultural and spiritual foundations of resistance.”
Ohadi cautioned against complacency: “If our cultural and media institutions fail to respond, a ‘cultural NATO’ could emerge against the resistance. The global public is now mobilized against Zionist crimes—this momentum must be preserved.”
He described the current conflict as hybrid warfare: “This is not just military—it’s cognitive and media-driven. The leadership of the resistance has proven that determination and strategic capability can thwart enemy objectives.”
