The U.S. is tampering with Syria

The Iranian Minister, Mohammad Ali Hosseini, currently on a visit to Lebanon, took part in a conference titled "Muslims and Christians amid an atmosphere of major change" organized by the Iranian Cultural Consultancy in Lebanon and the Arab Muslim-Christian dialogue which winded-up work sessions at Coral Beach Hotel today.

"The U.S. is tampering with Syria," Hosseini said during his visit to Fatmeh Gate.

"Syria and Lebanon are trapped in the same bunker facing Israel and the U.S.," he added, hoping that the Syrian people would help make Assad's reform plans a success.

During the dinner banquet thrown by Hezbollah in the Iranian Diplomat's honor, Hezbollah Executive Council Deputy Head, Nabil Kawouk, spoke highly of Iran's iron fist facing foreign plots and designs.

"Never shall we forget Iran's sacrifices and support to the Resistance and Lebanon. Iran ought to be more than honored with the mere fact that it is Israel's foe," he said.
