US must leave West Asia, Persian Gulf region as soon as possible

Ali Nikzad, during the open session of the Islamic Consultative Assembly (Majlis) today (Tuesday, September 8), in his pre-agenda speech, said: "The 17th of Shahrivar is a symbol of the courage, resistance, and steadfastness of the great Iranian nation, reminding us of the epic-making and steadfastness of great figures who chose the sweet martyrdom over worldly life and, responding to the call, departed to the eternal abode. Through their martyrdom, they paved the way for the victory of the Islamic Revolution and showed that nothing can break the steel will and true faith of God's men."

He added: "We commemorate the anniversary of the bloody uprising of September 8, 1978, and send our salutations to the pure souls of those martyrs, the blessed spirit of the Imam of the Martyrs and the martyred leader of the Ummah, as well as to the souls of the martyrs of the tragic attack on the wedding ceremony in Sirik."

The crime of attacking the wedding ceremony is by no means a technical error

The Vice Speaker of the Parliament stated: "This crime is by no means a technical error. The type of missile used and the distance of the ceremony from the telecommunication tower are evidence that this is a war crime."

Nikzad emphasized: "This war destroyed America's hollow grandeur. The people of the world and the awakened consciences of free nations today see the realities more clearly. They will judge that if criminal America, with its knowledge and precise technology, turned this wedding ceremony into a mourning, then this adds to the documents proving the terrorist nature of this government. And even if we accept that this tragedy was due to a technical error, it proves that this paper eagle was nothing more than a crow."

He noted: "Now that your seemingly advanced aircraft are being shot down, your sensitive centers and equipment are being targeted, and your supposedly ultra-advanced missiles land with a 300-meter deviation at a wedding ceremony, it shows that the US President, more than the hollow slogan of 'Make America Great Again,' should be seeking a slogan like 'How to cover up their humiliating defeats.'"

Iran does not use all its military power and designed tactics at once

The Vice Speaker of the Parliament added: "The Islamic Republic of Iran is waging this war based on precise and strategic designs. It does not use all its military power and designed tactics at once, and simultaneously, relying on the technical and faith-based capabilities of its powerful and faithful armed forces, it designs new tools and tactics."

Nikzad recalled: "What happened in targeting US warships and destroying the centers where their military commanders were stationed was only a fraction of these capabilities. Our advice to the delusional US government is not to waste its already non-existent credibility any further and to leave the West Asia and Persian Gulf region as soon as possible."
