Mamosta Mulla Saeed Golnazi, at a Mawlid celebration, congratulating the days of the birth of the Messenger of God (PBUH), stated: "Artistic and media activities in honoring the prophetic presence are examples of the greater jihad, and given the unparalleled virtues of the Messenger of God (PBUH), the sanctity of prophethood must be preserved in the current circumstances."
He emphasized: "In today's situation, where the enemies of Islam, with various cultural and media onslaughts, seek to undermine the sanctity of the Holy Prophet (PBUH), everyone must step on the path of praising and loving the Messenger of God with their tongue, pen, art, or any other tool, and in truth, be the guardian of the sanctity of prophethood. This effort can be considered a great jihad against the darkness of enemy propaganda."
The Friday Prayer Leader of the Salah al-Din Ayyubi Mosque in Bukan, referring to the inherent greatness of the Prophet of Islam (PBUH), added: "The status and greatness of that Prophet are so lofty that Almighty God Himself praises him in the Quran. When the Prophet was asked: 'When did you become a prophet?' he said: 'At the time when God had not yet breathed His spirit into the clay body of Adam.'"
He continued: "This statement shows that his prophethood is rooted in the earliest times of creation."
Mamosta Glnazi, citing verse 81 of Surah Al-Imran, said: "Almighty God took a firm covenant from all the prophets that if they were alive at the time of the Holy Prophet (PBUH), they would certainly believe in him and support him. This shows the central position of the Messenger of God (PBUH) in the chain of the prophets."
He further, referring to the purity of the Prophet (PBUH), stated: "His lineage and seed were free from any indecent mixing, and all his ancestors were chosen from the purest lineages. The Prophet of Islam is the Imam and master of the children of Adam in both worlds, and God has not created anyone more honored than him."
This Sunni cleric, citing a hadith of the Prophet (PBUH) in which he said: "Do not give me superiority over other prophets," said: "This statement means that the original station of prophethood was the same in all prophets, but the superiority of Muhammad (PBUH) lies in his perfections, virtues, and higher spiritual degrees – just as God distinguished him with the station of the Ascension and the Great Intercession."
In conclusion, Mamosta Glnazi, referring to the recommendations of Prophet Ya'qub (AS) to his children to remain steadfast in faith, as well as the emphatic recommendation of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) in the final moments of his blessed life, noted: "In his final breaths, the Messenger of God (PBUH) advised the Ummah on the greatness and importance of prayer, and this is the greatest legacy and lesson for all his followers until the Day of Resurrection."
