FM to his Jordanian counterpart: How long should Iran wait to respond to an aggressor?
Seyyed Abbas Araghchi, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, on Friday morning, September 4, in response to recent statements by Jordanian Foreign Minister Ayman Safadi, wrote in Arabic on the social network X: "In the opinion of the Jordanian Foreign Minister, how long should Iran wait to respond to an aggressor who respects neither the sovereignty of Arab countries nor Iran's sovereignty?"

Araghchi asked: "Is he really unaware that in the first US attacks, the airspace, land, and waters of Arab countries were used – attacks that led to the killing of innocent Iranians?"

Jordanian Foreign Minister Ayman Safadi recently made strange claims, stating: "Iran attacked Jordan and countries in the region two hours after the war began, which means its attack was not a reaction."
