Ghalibaf: All of America's actions are imitations of Satan, and America itself is the Great Satan
The Speaker of the Islamic Consultative Assembly, in response to the US attack on a wedding ceremony in Sirik, wrote: "If a power acts like Satan, chooses targets like Satan, and kills like Satan, then that power is Satan."

Mohammad Baqer Ghalibaf, today (Wednesday, September 2), in response to last night's US attacks on civilian centers in the south of the country, especially the martyrdom of a number of compatriots at a wedding ceremony on Sirik Island, recalling the crime of this country in Minab and Lamerd, wrote in an English-language text on his personal account on X (formerly Twitter): "Lamerd sports hall: children were slaughtered. Kuhastak wedding: children were killed along with their families."
Stating that if a power acts like Satan, chooses targets like Satan, and kills like Satan, then that power is Satan, he emphasized: "If that same power supports and shields a smaller Satan that does exactly the same things, then it itself is the 'Great Satan.'"
In the enemy's attacks last night on areas of Hormozgan province, Bandar Abbas, Sirik, Jask, and Qeshm were targeted by the American enemy, and as a result, a residential area in Sirik county and a wedding celebration were hit.
The Islamic Revolution Guard Corps (IRGC), in its Statement No. 7 addressed to the noble people of Kuwait, announced: "Last night, the children of Satan, some of whom are stationed at the bases of the Great Satan in Kuwait, committed a great crime in the region. In a flagrant violation of human rights, the child-killing American army, by bombing and bloodying a residential house in Sirik, turned the wedding ceremony of a young and honorable Sunni couple into a funeral."
"In this malicious attack, nearly 70 innocent people were hit, and 4 of them, including a child, were martyred."
The IRGC added in its statement: "In response to this crime, early this morning, the brave fighters of the IRGC Ground Forces, simultaneously with attacks on the bases of American outlaws in Jordan, Bahrain, and Erbil, with a combined missile-drone attack on the headquarters and residence of the American commander at the Ali al-Salem base, killed a number of enemy elements. They then set fire to the drone hangar and the ramp where the drones that participated in the attacks against the people were stationed, and destroyed a number of drones."
