The Lebanese Muslim Scholars Association condemned the continued concessions by Lebanese officials to Israel and their participation in direct negotiations, considering it an escalation of Israeli pressure and a threat to Lebanon's sovereignty.
 
The association called for the rejection of direct negotiations and adherence to the November 27 agreement and UN Security Council Resolution 1701, and emphasized that Lebanon's protection is owed to the sacrifices of the resistance fighters, and that their weapons are non-negotiable as long as the occupation continues.
 
The association also condemned the planned demolition of properties in Lebanon, and while emphasizing their reconstruction by the government, called for guarantees for the resettlement of residents in these areas.
 
In conclusion, the Lebanese Muslim Scholars Association emphasized that the solution lies in a unified stance among the army, the people, and the resistance, without any further concessions.
