The magnificent and historic funeral of the martyred leader was a unique manifestation of the peoples love for Wilayah and the revolution

Hujjat al-Islam Seyyed Mehdi Qureshi, today at the commemoration ceremony for the "Icon of Unity in the Islamic World," held on the seventh day of the burial of the martyred leader of the revolution with the presence of Shia and Sunni scholars and clergy in Urmia's Vahdat Hall, stated: "Undoubtedly, divine personalities and those who dedicate their entire being purely for God are freed from the constraints of time and space and become eternal in history. Therefore, explaining the dimensions of such personalities is not an easy task."

He added: "Explaining the personality of the martyred Imam Khamenei, like the reality of the personality of the Holy Prophet (PBUH), the Ahl al-Bayt of Infallibility and Purity (AS), and the divine saints, is not fully describable."

The representative of the Supreme Leader in West Azerbaijan and Friday Prayer Leader of Urmia, referring to the fact that those who move with sincerity on the path of God become eternal through that same sincerity, said: "Prophet Ibrahim (AS), through submission to the divine command, made his name eternal in history, and the uprising of Imam Hussain (AS), due to sincerity and sacrifice, remains alive and inspiring to nations after centuries."

He stated: "Throughout history, the enemies have always imagined that through the martyrdom of the divine saints, they could erase their names and paths, but divine tradition has proven otherwise. Just as the Ashura movement is celebrated more passionately each year, the martyrdom of the leader of the revolution has also made his thoughts and ideals more eternal than ever."

Hujjat al-Islam wal-Muslimin Qureshi, referring to the widespread presence of the people at the funeral ceremony of the martyred leader, stated: "The magnificent and historic funeral of the martyred leader was a unique manifestation of the people's love for Wilayah and the revolution – a presence that the enemies never imagined, and showed that the blood of the martyr is a factor of greater cohesion, solidarity, and strength for the Iranian nation."

The representative of the Supreme Leader in West Azerbaijan and Friday Prayer Leader of Urmia added: "Those who imagined that through the martyrdom of the leader of the revolution they could cause division and discord among the Iranian nation made a great miscalculation, because this event made the Iranian nation more united, cohesive, and resilient than ever."

Stating that today the line between truth and falsehood is clearer than ever, he noted: "The crimes committed against the Iranian nation and the leaders of the resistance front have further revealed the truth of the global arrogance's enmity with Islam, and have left no room for doubt in recognizing the front of truth and falsehood."

Hujjat al-Islam wal-Muslimin Qureshi continued: "Today, the scholars of the Islamic world have a duty to take a clear stance against the crimes of arrogance and the Zionist regime, and to defend the oppressed nations, because today is not a time for silence, and any indifference will pave the way for greater insolence by the enemies."

Emphasizing that the unity of the Islamic Ummah is the most important strategy for confronting the enemies, he stated: "The enemies of Islam have always tried to create division among Muslims, but today it is the duty of scholars, elites, and all people to preserve unity, strengthen solidarity, and defend the ideals of Islam and the revolution."
