Mawlawi Jami: The dream of "Greater Israel" will soon be buried

A prominent Sunni scholar from Khorasan Razavi, emphasizing the decline of Zionist discourse at the global level, stated: "The Zionist regime, which was formed with the ambition of 'Greater Israel,' is today trapped like a broken ship in the storm of Al-Aqsa, and in the words of the martyred leader of the revolution, it will take this dream to the grave."
Mawlawi Jami: The dream of "Greater Israel" will soon be buried
Mawlawi Jami, a Sunni scholar from Khorasan Razavi, today at the "Heralds of Unity" meeting in Mashhad, while commemorating the memory of the martyred leader of the revolution, described his martyrdom as a turning point in the historical memory of the Iranian nation.

Referring to the organized onslaughts of the enemy against religious beliefs, he stated: "Today, the enemy has targeted the faith and cohesion of the Islamic Ummah. Therefore, against these onslaughts, the only guiding weapon is 'patience and insight.' The martyred leader of the revolution always emphasized strengthening the foundations of belief and consolidating Shia-Sunni unity as the most valuable asset of the Islamic Ummah."

This Sunni scholar, referring to the Quranic foundations of unity, said: "Almighty God in the Holy Quran has warned believers and the People of the Book against division after gaining knowledge. The martyred leader of the revolution also always emphasized clarifying the achievements of the revolution and combating any discrimination and insult as prerequisites for achieving national cohesion."

In another part of his remarks, Mawlawi Jami addressed the martyred leader's firm stances on the Palestinian issue and added: "The Zionist regime, which came into existence with the vain dream of establishing 'Greater Israel,' is now so helpless in the storm of Al-Aqsa that it has even become detested in European countries. The fact that European youth today burn Israeli flags is the greatest ideological defeat and historical tragedy for this regime."

In conclusion, referring to the vast capacities of Islamic Iran, he emphasized: "The strategic position, God-given resources, and elite youth will create a bright future for the country. The presence of various ethnic groups and denominations, especially Sunnis in border areas, is the backbone of the greatness of this system. Officials must appreciate this awakened nation and, by removing discriminations and prejudices, take steps toward realizing justice and serving the Islamic Ummah."
