Our accumulated rage is lying in wait for the enemys mistake

According to a report by the Taghrib News Agency, Major General "Amir Hatami" said on Tuesday at a ceremony honoring and awarding the Medal of Sacrifice to the families of martyrs, held on the occasion of the sixth anniversary of the awarding of the Medal of Sacrifice by the martyred Leader in commemoration of 1,184 students and graduates of Imam Ali (AS) Officers' University, while honoring the memory of the precious martyrs and emphasizing the academic and university atmosphere of the gathering: "In military sciences, wars are classified in various ways. One of these classifications is the distinction between 'offensive war' and 'defensive war.' In an offensive war, the attacker defines specific objectives for its aggression, while in a defensive war, the defending country has no goal other than thwarting the enemy and defending its own territory."

A justly oppressed war, a powerful defense

He stated: "In these battles, the enemy was the aggressor, and we defended powerfully. Although we were attacked in an oppressed manner. While we were engaged in dialogue and negotiation to resolve the issues of our beloved nation, we were attacked both times in the midst of negotiations. So from this perspective, our war was an oppressed one, but our defense was carried out very powerfully."

The Chief Commander of the Army, referring to the enemy's strategic objectives, added: "The enemy had defined major political and military objectives for this aggression, to the extent that they had announced their goal was to subjugate the Iranian nation and destroy the Islamic Republic system. The criminal US president at the time, in response to a reporter's question asking, 'Will Iran's map change after this war?' answered affirmatively with complete audacity. But today, one must ask: which of these objectives has been achieved?"

Major General Hatami, stating that in the 12-day war, the enemy meekly requested a ceasefire, and in the recent war, the same thing happened, said: "They committed all their crimes, but none of their objectives were achieved, and today, thanks be to God, the Islamic Republic of Iran shines more powerfully than ever on the global stage."

The enemy was defeated at the political and strategic level

He added: "Not a single inch of our soil has been lost. Today we say that no one dares to utter such words anymore, and will not dare. Today, not only has the Iranian nation not surrendered, but in various places, including in this recent aggression against dear Lebanon and the proud Hezbollah, you saw that the will of the Islamic Republic of Iran was imposed on them. So, without a doubt, the enemy was defeated at the political and strategic level."

The Chief Commander of the Army, stating that the enemy claims at the military level to have won and repeatedly says Iran has no navy or air force, said: "If this claim were scientifically true and the enemy wanted to achieve its objectives, those forces should have been destroyed so that the Islamic Republic and the country's territorial integrity would collapse. But why did that not happen? Because the enemy's claim is a lie. The Navy of the Islamic Republic of Iran today defends powerfully along 600 kilometers of the Sea of Oman's coast."

Major General Hatami added: "The very same naval vessels that the enemy spoke of with arrogance entered our waters only once, and on that single occasion, they were attacked by the Army Navy, the IRGC Navy, and the IRGC Aerospace Force. They wanted to implement a plan and open the Strait of Hormuz, but on their way in and out, they came under attack."

Stating that the very same navy that the enemy claimed had been destroyed stands firm, he added: "Entering the Persian Gulf is a different matter altogether. They said they wanted to occupy the coasts and islands, but the heroic ground and naval forces of the Army and the IRGC forces were deployed along the entire coastline of the Persian Gulf and the Sea of Oman, and the enemy did not dare to even approach our coasts."

The Chief Commander of the Army added: "The Air Defense Force fired at the enemy until the very last moment, and the enemy's drones and aircraft either fled or were shot down."

The enemy's miscalculation about Iran's military capability

Major General Hatami, stating that the enemy claimed to have destroyed our air defense, but an air defense that has been destroyed does not operate this way, said: "The Air Force of the Islamic Republic of Iran created epics with its brave pilots. The Americans themselves acknowledged that out of their 13 casualties in Al-Udeid, 6 were killed by the bombing of the Army's Su-24 fighter jets. Although in my opinion, they are lying, and their casualties are much higher. They were also firing drones until the very end of the war."

Stating that the enemy was defeated in both the political and military arenas, he said: "The reason for the enemy's defeat was miscalculation. This war showed that the enemy had misjudged. One of their mistakes was their incorrect assessment of the Iranian people. No matter how much we pay tribute to the people, it is not enough, because a large part of this war was managed by the people."

The Chief Commander of the Army stated: "The people, by taking to the streets, sent a message to the enemy that they had also miscalculated our beliefs and resilience. Just as the world today understood that the Strait of Hormuz is a significant arena, our people have also come to realize their own worth and value."

Major General Hatami, stating that if the enemy makes a mistake, it will face an accumulated rage that will make the enemy's situation very difficult, said: "As devoted soldiers of this nation and the sharp sword of the Leader of the Revolution, we assure the Iranian nation that we are always their devotees, and we will consolidate this victory by increasing deterrence so that no one can cast an ill intention upon this land."
