In a separate air raid on the town of Marwaniyeh in southern Lebanon, two people were killed, including a child, and 10 others were wounded, according to the ministry figures.

At the same time, airstrikes were carried out this morning on the city of Kfar Sir, and the area between the towns of Kfar Sir and Sir Al-Gharbiya, while the town of Jebchit was subjected to intermittent artillery shelling.

Artillery shelling also targeted the outskirts of the towns of Mansouri and Majdal Zoun.

Meanwhile, the Israeli army has issued forced evacuation notices to citizens in southern Lebanon.

Under the threat of imminent bombardment, hundreds of thousands of residents—explicitly including those in Tyre’s historic Christian Quarter—are being forced to flee north of the Zahrani River.

According to the Lebanese Ministry of Health, 3,637 people have been killed and 11,188 were injured in US-backed Israeli attacks on Lebanon since 2 March.
