Ghadir is a factor of guidance and happiness for Muslims and humanity

A member of the Assembly of Experts of the Leadership stated: "In truth, Ghadir guided humanity and made the words of Imam Ali (AS) a guiding light for Muslims. If today we move on this path—that is, following the words of the Prophet (PBUH) and Imam Ali (AS)—society will undoubtedly be led towards happiness and away from discord."

Ayatollah Mostafa Olama, a member of the Assembly of Experts of the Leadership, spoke to the Taghrib News Agency(TNA), congratulating the arrival of the blessed Eid al-Ghadir. He stated: "Unity and rapprochement are formed and strengthened in line with the conduct, tradition, and divine commands. Today, if we do not want Muslims to fall into deviation and for division and discord to penetrate the united ranks, it depends on paying attention to the issue of Ghadir."
 
He stated: "The Holy Prophet (PBUH), by introducing the Commander of the Faithful, Ali (AS), as his successor, conveyed this message to the world that unity is strengthened with the Commander of the Faithful, and with him, the Islamic Ummah will move towards happiness and the correct path."
 
This Shia scholar said: "It is religion that preserves the individual and Islamic society, and nothing can replace it. In fact, it is religion that grants immunity to a person. The Commander of the Faithful, Ali (AS), says: 'Religion prevents one from committing forbidden acts.'"
 
He stated: "The Islamic Ummah must distance itself from sinful and divisive issues that contradict the narrations and conduct of Imam Ali (AS) and lead society towards decline and destruction. Therefore, paying attention to the words and statements of the Commander of the Faithful is a necessity for Islamic society."
 
In conclusion, he emphasized: "In truth, Ghadir guided humanity and made the words of Imam Ali (AS) a guiding light for Muslims. If today we move on this path—that is, following the words of the Prophet (PBUH) and Imam Ali (AS)—society will undoubtedly be led towards happiness and away from discord."
