“Time to eliminate warmongers”, Iranian cleric

A member of Iran’s Supreme Council of the Cyberspace and head of the Islamic Advertising Organization has condemned the ongoing Israeli attacks against Lebanon stressing that it is time to end the war-mongers.

Hujjat-ul-Islam Mohammad Qomi wrote in a post on social media: “Deception and crime are in the nature of these vile people.”
 
He added: “The reality on the ground is that Zionist brutality in Lebanon has gone beyond bounds, and this is nothing other than an assault on regional security and on the unified body of the resistance. It is not time for the ceasefire to end; it is time for the fire-starter to end.”
 
The head of the Islamic Advertising Organization emphasized: “The Quranic covenant of brotherhood and the tradition of chivalry do not allow Iranians to forget the oppressed Shia of Lebanon, who have repeatedly proven their commitment to Alawi values in support of Iran.”
 
He further hailed the Secretary General of Hezbollah resistance movement, Sheikh Naim Qassem calling him the “clearest voice for explaining the truth of the field.”
 
The remarks by the Iranian cleric comes amid ongoing Israeli attacks against towns and villages in southern Lebanon.
