Death toll from Israeli aggression in Lebanon surges
The Israeli military has launched a series of massive airstrikes against targets in southern Lebanon, despite a 45-day extension of the ceasefire agreement between the Beirut government and the Tel Aviv regime.

In the latest of these aggression, Israeli forces has carried out multiple strieks across southern Lebanon, including on the towns of Jebchit, Tayr Dibba, Zebqine, and Kafra.
Separate strikes on Sohmor in the western Bekaa, east Lebanon were reported this morning.
Israeli warplanes also carried out attacks on Kfar Sir, Zrarieh, and Haddatha in southern Lebanon.
The Lebanese Ministry of Health announced on Saturday that the total cumulative death toll of the Israeli aggression from March 2 to May 16 has reached 2,969 people, with 9,112 wounded.
