The Islamic Movement of Nigeria has commemorated more than 160 Iranian students martyred in a US missile strike in late February.

Marking the 15th ceremony of Qur’an memorization by Nigerian students across the country, the Islamic Movement of Nigeria paid tribute to the martyred Iranian students at Shajareye Tayyebeh Elementary school in southern Iran, some of whom also Qur’an memorizers, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).
 
Participants at this ceremony condemned the recent US-Israeli aggression against Iran , one of the deadliest of them targeting the elementary school in Minab, Iran’s Hormuzgan province.
 
Three US Tomahawk missiles hit Shajareye Tayyebe Elementary school on February 28 killing 168 school children and their teachers.
 
The attack has been recorded as the deadliest attack of the US-Israeli aggression in terms of civilian casualties.
 
Several independent investigations have concluded that the US was responsible for the attack that led to the killing of more than 170 people, most of them school children.
