Araghchi: Iran and Turkey Determined to Advance Regional Peace and Sustainable Development
According to Taghrib News Agency (TNA), Araghchi said that on Monday he hosted Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan and his accompanying delegation in Tehran.

In what he described as a cordial and constructive atmosphere, both sides reviewed the growing trajectory of bilateral relations and reaffirmed the firm resolve of the leaders of the two countries to deepen cooperation in economic, trade, energy transit, technological, security, and cultural fields.
He added that both parties expressed deep concern over the catastrophic situation in Gaza and the West Bank, strongly condemned the genocide committed by the Zionist regime, and agreed on the urgent need to halt these crimes and hold the regime accountable in international forums.
Regarding developments in Syria and Lebanon, Araghchi emphasized full respect for national sovereignty, territorial integrity, and unity of these countries, while firmly condemning the ongoing aggressions of the Zionist regime.
Araghchi concluded: “Iran and Turkey, as two important regional powers, are determined to move forward with close coordination and cooperation on the path of sustainable peace, stability, and regional development.”
