He added that implementing the Leader’s call for cohesion is a duty, and the nation’s victory depends on this unity.

Highlighting the enemy’s propaganda efforts, Ibn al‑Khiyat said that psychological warfare aims to spread fear and intimidation, but in reality, it is nothing more than propaganda.

He underlined that resistance against the enemy is not only a directive from the Leader but also an Islamic obligation, and that scholars and elites bear a heightened responsibility to neutralize such psychological operations.

He further noted that the enemy seeks to distort values, portraying falsehood as truth and truth as falsehood, and urged steadfastness against negative propaganda.

The Shafi’i school director in Saqqez continued by stressing the need to support the government, saying that, as the Leader has stated, scholars must prioritize backing the president and the current administration.

Concluding his remarks, Ibn al‑Khayat called for unity across the Islamic world, asserting that collective resistance will thwart enemy schemes. “If we remain united, victory will be ours, and the future will belong to the Islamic Ummah, provided the enemy fails to divide us,” he said.
