The Secretary General of Iraqi resistance movement has offered condolences over the first martyrdom anniversary of Hezbollah leader stressing that the bloodshed of the slain leader has made the outset for a new era.
Sheikh Akram al-Kaabi made the remarks in a video message describing the martyrdom of Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah as an incurable wound for Muslim world, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).
The leader of Nujaba movement described Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah as an honorable man, caring leader, knowledgeable scholar, tireless warrior and a dear friend.
He hailed the high character of Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah and said,” The enemy is mistaken if he believes the assassination of Nasrallah puts an end to his story in Lebanon and the world of Islam.”
He added,” The martyrdom of Nasrallah is the outset for a new era with the new generation changing his martyrdom to a motivation to move forward.”
The Iraqi leader made the remarks in the wake of the first martyrdom anniversary of Hezbollah former secretary general.
Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah together with a number of his companions were martyred in an Israeli airstrike targeting Dahieh, in Beirut suburbs.
