The meeting is also expected to discuss the humanitarian disaster in Yemen with discussions centered on ways to end the frequent strikes by the US-UK coalition against the country.
 
The rise of Islamophobia and anti-Muslim sentiments in Western countries was condemned, and the conference called for legal reforms, media responsibility, and educational initiatives to combat this growing issue.
 
The 12-day Israeli-imposed war was also a highlight of the meeting both at the opening ceremony speeches and during the sideline meetings where the Iranian and foreign scholars hailed the Iranian nation for maintaining their solidarity.
