In a statement shared with Taghrib News, MAPIM asserted that for decades, the Zionist regime has systematically violated international law, ignored UN Security Council resolutions, and committed grave crimes against humanity.

 The statement listed Israel’s war crimes as follows:
“Mass killing of civilians—including children and women—deliberate targeting of hospitals, schools, residential towers, and religious sites; forced displacement of Palestinians; destruction of entire neighborhoods; assassination and imprisonment of journalists, aid workers, and community leaders; and the continuation of occupation, annexation, and apartheid.”
MAPIM warned that the credibility of the United Nations and the global order is now facing its greatest test. Silence or inaction, it said, amounts to complicity in genocide.
 
MAPIM Calls for Immediate Action:

1. Recognize the State of Palestine with full sovereignty and support its full membership in the United Nations without delay.
   Suspend and expel Israel from the United Nations for its persistent violations of the UN Charter, disregard for international law, and contempt for global human rights standards.
   Impose comprehensive sanctions—including diplomatic, economic, military, and cultural—against Israel until it ends its occupation, dismantles its apartheid regime, and complies with international obligations.
   Support the International Criminal Court (ICC) and establish a special tribunal to prosecute Israeli leaders responsible for war crimes, crimes against humanity, and genocide.
   Deploy international protection mechanisms under UN supervision to safeguard the Palestinian people, ensure humanitarian access, and uphold their right to self-determination.
