A prominent prayer leader of Sunni community says the respect and affection tion for Ahlul Bayt(AS), household of Prophet Mohammad(PBUH) is deeply rooted in the hearts of the Sunni Muslims.

Akhoond Esameddim Googalan, Friday prayer leader of Sunni community made the remarks in an interview with Taqrib News Agency (TNA) conducted on the eve of the Tasua and Ashura ceremonies.

Thr two major occasions in the history of Shia mark the martyrdom anniversary of Imam Hussein (AS), third Shia Imam and hrandson of Prophet Mohammad(PBUH) martyred in  fight against the tyrant ruler of the time, Yazid ibn Muawiyah in 680 AD.
