He noted that from the perspective of Sunni history, the philosophy behind the uprising of Imam Hussein (AS) and his companions was to revive the religion and the prophetic tradition.

He stated that Imam Hussein (AS) aimed to revive the signs of religion and combat innovations, declaring in a notable sermon that he did not rise for corruption or the pursuit of power, but to reform the community of his grandfather.

The Friday prayer leader of Rabat, Sardasht, added that another goal of Imam Hussein's uprising was to revive the duty of enjoining good and forbidding evil, which he considered the main focus of his movement.

He further explained that one of the reasons for Imam Hussein's uprising was to fight against the corrupt and oppressive government, as he believed that divine laws were being neglected and public funds were being plundered. He stated that anyone who sees a tyrannical ruler and does not stand against him with words or actions deserves divine punishment.

Mawlawi Yousafi noted that among the other goals of Imam Hussein's (AS) uprising was the establishment of a just government, emphasizing that Imam Hussein (AS) is a model of courage, self-sacrifice, and a promoter of the culture of martyrdom and bravery, linking the path of Mahdism and paving the way for Ashura for all of humanity.
