He extended condolences to Muslims worldwide on the martyrdom anniversary of Imam Hussein (AS), recalling the Prophet Muhammad’s (PBUH) saying that Hussein is “the master of the youth of Paradise.”

Tamarnjad noted that Imam Hussein’s uprising was not a quest for power but a mission to rescue the Muslim community from corruption and deviation. He cited a prominent Indian thinker who believed the Imam’s movement was rooted in moral reform rather than political ambition.

He stated that Imam Hussein’s martyrdom taught the world an enduring lesson in sacrifice, and that Sunni intellectuals view the Karbala uprising as a symbol of resistance against tyranny.

He stressed that reverence for Imam Hussein is shared across all Islamic denominations, and his uprising is honored by all. He called on Muslims to draw inspiration from the Imam’s courage—choosing dignified death over a life of humiliation—and to stand united in defending Islamic values against global oppressors, particularly the Zionist regime, which he described as a source of corruption in the Middle East.
