Unprecedented Public Support for the Islamic Republic Astonished Its Enemies

Speaking to Taghrib News, Mohammadi attributed Iran's recent military and diplomatic success, including the imposition of a ceasefire on the Zionist regime, to the unity of the Iranian nation under wise and visionary leadership.

He noted that Islam's decisive stance in confronting the illegitimate forces of global arrogance and Zionism, bolstered by the millions who rose in unified defense of the Islamic homeland under the wise leadership of the Supreme Leader, sent a powerful message of national resolve and military strength.

Representing the Leader in Sistan and Baluchestan Province, Mohammadi emphasized that this victory came despite the enemies’ efforts to destabilize Iran. He pointed to their strategies involving terrorist attacks, the assassination of top Iranian commanders, and psychological warfare meant to sow division and weaken Iran’s defense capability.
“These schemes failed,” he asserted, “because the ancient Iranian civilization, guided by a knowledgeable and determined leadership, and supported by a brave, insightful, and patriotic people, overturned years of hostile calculations against the Islamic government.”

Mohammadi reiterated that the Iranian people's powerful display of unity — especially on Eid al-Ghadir and in self-initiated acts of solidarity like themed Friday prayers — not only uplifted the morale of defenders of the nation, but left the enemies baffled.

The Friday Imam of Zahedan concluded by honoring the people of Sistan and Baluchestan, describing them as courageous and proud.
