Israeli attacks on Iran kill 15, injure 18 medical staff members
Iran’s Health Ministry announced 15 medics and healthcare workers have lost their lives and nearly 20 others injured over 12 days of Israeli airstrikes across the country.

The director of Iran’s Emergency Center said five members of Iran’s Red Crescent were among the 15 medics killed and 18 EMS members were injured in the Israeli strikes, two of them suffering brain injuries, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).
Jafar Miadfar confirmed that the Emergency Medical Services conducted 136,000 missions during 12 days of Israeli-imposed war out of which 10,000 calls were related to the Israeli attacks, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).
According to the reports, 11 ambulances, six pre-hospital emergency care centers, 8 hospitals and pharmacies as well as four healthcare units were damaged although some were distanced from the military sites.
Iran’s EMS director added,” Some hospitals in the capital Tehran and the western city of Kermanshah were evacuated due to the attacks targeting the nearby buildings.”
He stressed that the Israeli regime is known for its attacks on the healthcare centers and medical staff expressing regret over the silence of the international community regarding the regime’s inhumane attacks on the medics and ambulances in Gaza Strip.
The remarks by the director of Iran’s Emergency Medical Services follows a cession of fire between Iran and Israeli regime.
Israeli warplanes launched an unprecedented attack against Iranian army positions, nuclear facilities and residential buildings early on Friday, June 13th.
The attacks martyred more than 600 Iranians, including a number of top military commanders and nuclear scientists as well as the ordinary people.
Iran carried out retaliatory strikes against Israeli regime launching barrage of missiles against the strategic positions in the occupied Palestinian territories in major operation True Promise III.
