Iraqi Dar-ul-Ifta blasts US-Israeli attack on Iran

The head of Iraq’s Dar-ul-Ifta has condemned in strongest terms the US-Israeli aggression on Iran.

Sheikh Mahdi Sumaidaei, in a recent statement, said more than two million Muslims live a life that violates the honor of other Muslims from all ethnical group and these are totally funded by Arab money, reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).

He said,” They (enemies) commit any crime from siege, to displacing people, toppling governments and genocide of women and children”, and added,” Once more I remind you that the reason for all these is the claimants of Islam who rule us.”

Sheikh Sumaidaei stressed,” We are the nation who God honored by Islam” and warned against division, clashes and disrespecting Muslims.

He also condemned the Israeli attack on Baghdad and Tehran, violation of sovereignty of the two countries and the regional peace and stability.

The senior Iraqi Mufti called on the Muslim leaders and rulers in the Arab countries to condemn the crime against Iran.
