Office of Ayatollah Sistani Issaes Statement on Israeli Aggression Against Iran 

According to Taghrib News Agency, the statement issued by the office of Grand Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Sistani, the revered Shia cleric of Iraq, reads:

"The heinous crime committed by the usurping Israeli regime early Friday morning—resulting in the martyrdom of Iranian scientists, military commanders, and civilians, including women and children, as well as the attack on several scientific and institutional centers—once again exposes the regime's aggression and dangerous threat to the region." 
 
"While praying for divine mercy and elevated status for the righteous martyrs, offering condolences to their respected families, and wishing a swift recovery for the wounded, we strongly condemn this criminal act and urge the international community to pressure the aggressor regime and its supporters to prevent further such attacks." 
 
"We ask God Almighty to grant continued honor and strength to the noble Iranian nation."
